Minor change of guildrules

For practical reasons i suggest a minor change of our guildrules. Reason for the change is making management of ingame guildlist a little easier, and to signal that we are an active guild.

Recent rules state :
§ VII
All officers have the right to remove non-member characters from ingame guildlist.

Removal of member characters from ingame guildlist, can only be done by members of the Guild Counsil, unless the member directly asks an officer to remove the character.

§ VIII
An active non-member character is defined as having game-logon not older than 4 weeks.

Inactive non-member characters will be removed from guild.

Changed rules :

§ VII
All officers have the right to remove non-member characters from ingame guildlist.

§ VIII
An active character is defined as having game-logon not older than 4 weeks.

Inactive characters will be removed from guild, when reaching 4 weeks since last logon.
