A little update from the Big Chief

Finished work on the guilds ruleset. Its down to basics. Hopefully its an operational frame for further development over time. So check it out in the guild rules section.

The number of registred users on forum is growing, so things seems to work there. Forum is somehow still in the phase of development, as goes for rest of guild.

1. of february is in my point of view the day our guild becomes a guild. With new rules going in effect the difference between who´s member and who´s not, gets a little more crystallized.

Tried to make a ruleset as unrestrictive as possibly, basicly stating who can join, when are you member, and so on.
